The Court grants the Motion. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT: <br />1. This Chapter 11 is converted to a case under Chapter 7 <br />of the Bankruptcy Code. <br />2. The Debtor shall forthwith turn over to the Chapter 7 <br />Trustee all records and property of the estate in its possession <br />or control as required by FRBP 1019(9). <br />3. The Debtor shall within 15 days of the date of entry of <br />this order, file a schedule of unpaid debts incurred after <br />commencement of the Chapter 11 case including the name and <br />address of each creditor, pursuant to FRBP 1019(5), and sul)mit to <br />the United States Trustee and to the Chapter 7 Trustee a <br />statement indicating the cash disbursements for the most recent <br />quarterly period. <br />9. The Debtor shall within 30 days of the date of entry of <br />this order, file and transmit to the United States Trustee and to <br />the Chapter 7 Trustee: <br />a) a final report and accounting, accounting for all <br />receipts and distributions made, as required by Bankruptcy Rule <br />1019(5); and <br />b) a schedule of executory contracts entered into or <br />assumed after the commencement of the Chapter 11 case; and <br />c) a schedule of unpaid debts not listed in the final <br />report and account which were incurred after the commencement of <br />the Chapter 11 case, as required by FRBP 1019(6); and <br />~,: <br />
