On July 1, 1996, the case was converted, by Court <br />Order, to a Chapter 7 liquidation case and I was appointed as Trustee in the matter. On or about <br />July 3, 1996, I took possession of certain key property of the estate and the business ceased <br />operations. In reviewing the mail of the corporation,~I find a letter from you dated May 1, 1996, <br />relating to the annual fee invoice and report request. Since the company is no longer o,Perating <br />I would like to ascertain from you whether or not the payment of $550.00 requested in your letter <br />of May 1, 1996 as a renewal fee is still applicable. In addition, I would appreciate your <br />providing me with whatever information is in your records relating to permit renewal fees and <br />this company's status relating to the permit. The Permit No. is M-80-020. <br />For your information, I am enclosing a copy of the Order converting the case to a Chapter <br />7 case and a copy of the document appointing me as the Chapter 7 Trustee. <br />Thank you in advance for your cooperation in the matter. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~ <br />n S.
