<br />-48- <br />According to soil analysis at Energy Mine No. 1 there are no acid or <br />toxic forming materials. The soils are suitable as a plant growth <br />medium. The applicant will sample the soil prior to redistribution for <br />nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, organic matter and phosphorus. If <br />nutrient deficiencies are encountered, the applicant will take the <br />appropriate measures to correct the deficiencies. <br />The permit revision application is in compliance with this section. <br />Vegetation - Rules 2.04.10, 2.05.4(2)(e) and 4.15 <br />A discussion of the vegetation communities is given in Section 719.19, <br />Volume I of Permit No. 79-177, and are shown on Map 15, Vegetation at <br />Energy No. 1 and No. 2.
