If flaws are detected, mitigative measures will be <br />undertaken. If these measure include pest or disease control, <br />approval will be obtained from the Division prior to <br />implementation. <br />4.3a.4a Stipulation No. 5, Rider to Mining Permit No. C-84-965 <br />The permittee shall revise the permit within 129 days of approval <br />to reflect the following requirements. In the case of required <br />changes, below, the permittee must have written approval of the <br />Division prior to the stipulation being satisfied. <br />1. The Division is setting a woody plant density of lase live <br />stems/acre for the revegetation success standard for the <br />sagebrush community. <br />2. The Division is setting the following species diversity <br />revegetation success standard: <br />Species diversity will be considered adequate on the <br />revegetated sagebrush community areas if the permittee has estab- <br />lished two species of cool-season bunch grasses, two species of <br />cool-season sod grasses, two species of leguminous fortis, and two <br />species of woody plants; each species of the above being repre- <br />sented by not less than 38 relative cover or more .than 4e~ rela- <br />tive cover on the revegetated surface. <br />4-75p-1 July 29, 1986 <br />
