<br />XVIII. Coal Processing Waste and Non-Coal Processing Waste - Rules 2.05.3 (8), <br />2.05.4 (2) (f), 4.10, and 4.11 <br />The applicant has provided information on these topics in Section 2.05.3 of <br />the permit application. <br />The applicant does not propose any coal processing other than crushing and <br />sizing at the mine, therefore, no coal processing waste should be produced. <br />The applicant states that no underground development waste will be deposited <br />on the surface, therefore, the requirements of this section are not <br />applicable. The Division specifically disallows deposition of underground <br />development waste on the surface during this permit term. <br />The applicant has not addressed disposal of coal fines generated by crushing <br />and storage of coal in storage areas. It is therefore stipulated: <br />Stipulation No. 8 <br />WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE, THE PERMITTEE WILL PROVIDE A <br />PLAN FOR DIVISION APPROVAL DISCUSSING PLACEMENT OF COAL FINES DURING <br />RECLAMATION, AND DISPOSAL OF TRASH AND NON-COAL WASTE. <br />With the acceptance of the above stipulation, the requirements of this section <br />have been satisfied. <br />XI X. Mine Facilities, Coal Handling Structures, Support Facilities; Roads <br />and, Ponds, Impoundments, Diversions - Rules 2.05.3 3 2.05.3 4 , <br />Z.U7.J l/l, 4.UJ, 4.U4 dnd 4.U9 <br />Mine Facilities, Coal Handling Structures, Support Facilites <br />The mine facilities consist of an office, shop, bathouse, coal crushing, <br />handling and load-out facility, transformer and utility lines, and exhaust <br />fan. These facilities are discussed in Section 2.05.3 of the permit and shown <br />on Map 12, Mine Facilities Map. <br />The operation is in compliance with this section of the regulations. <br />Roads <br />There is one main haul/access road to be utilized within the permit boundary. <br />Information on this road and road designs are contained in Sections 2.05 and <br />4.03, and graphically depicted on Map 12, Mine Facilities Map and Map 13, Road <br />Design. <br />There is one existing light use road located within the permit boundary. This <br />road will not be disturbed by the proposed mining activities. <br />This section is in compliance with the requirements of the regulations. <br />
