It was mentioned that a property line fence will be built,
including any necessary configuration for the road a d electric

The stormwater runoff issue was discussed. This operat on lies at

staff.
In summary, the permittee and operator were urged to c mplete the
cleanup plan and submit it to CDOH for approval. Onc approved,
the site will be cleaned up, all BLM property will be v Gated, and
the permit will be brought into compliance, either by relocating
all of the operations onto the present permit area orb enlarging
the permit area to include all disturbance. All off-permit
disturbance will be reclaimed. There are deadline date for these
actions, and activities must be completed in a timely anner.
All parties agreed to stay in communication with ~he others
regarding any changes in the status of the problems di cussed.
