Such a visit
will allow us to review our concerns and plans with little chance o£
misunderstanding. I especially want to hear your views of
reclamation requirements. i am ready to comply as has been done in
the past. Also, I believe that you will understand why phase II of
Dr. Nelson's study is not practical or necessary at this time. We
share a common concern about spoil stability at the mine but a
discussion of our mutual needs will be of greater benefit than
another stutly.
I look forward to seeing you at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
~~~ ~~~~
Larry Campbell
Mine Manager
Keenesburg Mine
LC/~l
