The Division has approved the applicant's plan for aone-time disposal of non- <br />toxic, non-coal debris in a manner designed to prevent contamination of <br />ground or surface waters. A contingency plan has also been developed to <br />prevent sustained combustion of flammable materials (4.14.3(1)(a)). <br />VII. Revegetation <br />A. MORE APPROPRIATE REVEGETATION SUCCESS STANDARDS, <br />BETTER DEFINED VEGETATION SAMPLING METHODOLOGY, <br />AND MORE APPROPRIATE REVEGETATION SEED MIXES. <br />VIII. Subsidence Control <br />A. The Division has reviewed the subsidence information submitted by the <br />permittee.
