This could entail ripping. -Reseed the fines area ®ith a mixture agreed to by th= County and the RT M. -Do necessary drainage.contro] work on existing roads within the mine area to control erosion. This work will be done when equiplnenC is on site for hauling. Areas already revegetated or showing a good start will not be disturbed unless necessary for the removal of the fines. -Twi.ee annually during the life of the Marblehead fines removal, the County will maintain the Transfer Trail road up to the upper parking lot. This will include pulling the ditches, crowning the road and maintaining good control of the road drainage. -A sesaonal closure of the Transfer Trail Riad friom ].2/1- 6/30 or as modified depending on amount of snowfall '_o ensure snowmobile access to the Slattops Area. The Piv%sioa Of Minerals and Geology Agzees to d0 the Folloaviag -The Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG} agrees to transfer jurisdiction over the Marblehead and Mid-COxltinent Quarries to the BLM. -The DMG agrees to approve the transfer of Mid-Continent permit No. M-77-420 to Garfield County. -The DMG will assign the Certificate of Deposit issued by the Colorado National Bank in the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($25UO.OU) to BLM to apply against the Surety to ensure Mid-Continent coxupletes reclamation of the Mid-Continent Quarry. In addition DMG will transfer to the HLM the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars 157000.00} currently held by DDiG as surety for the reclamation of the Mid- Continent Quarry. The BT.rs Agzees to do Elie PolZowiag: -Sell the fines at the Mid-COatinerit pit to Mid Continent/Pitkia Iron for a period not to exceed five years.
