Colorado 80203 <br />RE: Fountain Pit -Permit No. M-1981-307 <br />Inert Fill Affidavit <br />To Whom it May Concern: <br />In support of our letter requesting permission to include inert fill in our Fountain Pit <br />located southeast of Fountain, Colorado, Lafarge is pleased to provide the following <br />information confirming that the fill placed within the pit is both clean and inert.
