4 <br />+ A cement plug shall be placed in the short string casing from the cement <br />basket: or CIBP to approximately the dissolution surface elevation. A TDR <br />cable shall be strapped to a tubing and placed inside the short string casing <br />to the top of the cement plug; Cement shall be circulated down the tubing <br />and back up the annular space between the casing and the tubing. The <br />cement within the tubing shall be displaced leaving the tubing open for <br />temperature surveys. <br />+ A cement plug shall be placed io the long string casing from the CIBP or <br />cement basket to the surface. <br />+ After the placement of the T'DR and the cement plugs, a temperature survey <br />.shall be run to establish the baseline for this location. The temperature <br />survey shall be run after allowing sufficient time for the cement to cure, but <br />not more than 30 days after cementing is complete. <br />+ The TDR cable shall be monitored on at least a quarterly basis. <br />+ A temperature survey shall be run when ever nearby monitoring indicates <br />that upward movement of cavity fluid may be occurring, but at least once <br />every two years. <br />As specified in Appendix I, the ground water and surface water monitoring programs in <br />this Permit includes two monitoring periods: the baseline period, and the first five (5) <br />years of commercial operations. Established trends will be developed prior to start-up of <br />commercial operations. <br />*** <br />All other provisions and conditions of Final Permit No. C030858-00000 shall remain as <br />originally issued, or as previously modified. <br />FEB " ?
