_~
SUMMARY
is
"?
j Findings and Conclusions. Investigations and surveys conducted by the
engineering firms of Charles C. Fisk and Henningson, Durham & Richardson
have developed facts and opinions which indicate that Western Paving Con-
~ struction Company's site development plan will not cause material injury
,.,~ or damage to any person, property or interest. On the contrary, s~~me of
'J the adjoining property owners will benefit from various features o the site
development plan, such as new water diversion and wasteway facilit:.es, in-
creased protection against floods and improved appearance of the site follow-
_~ ing completion of mining operations and implementation of the site reclamation
plan.
Recommendations. Since site development plans proposed by Western
Paving Construction Company and reviewed in this report are feasibly from
-~ an engineering standpoint and will not cause material damage or injury to
,~
_`~ others, it is recommended that Western Paving Contruction Company proceed
with the various steps that are necessary in order to obtain approved of its
:-~
proposed site development plan by the various authorities and interests.

~.

1
