Weng farm. WPC plans to crush, screen and otherwise process sand and gravel

completion of its mining operations in about the year 1985.
South Branch Relocation. WPC plans to relocate the present meandering
channel of the South Branch of St. Vrain Creek on the Weng farm, from the

~ the south property line. The relocated channel will extend from the entry

point south on a straight line
about 1,300 feet to a
point near t

west corner of the Weng farm, then east on a straight line about 8b` feet
to the exit point, as shown on the site development plan, Exhibit 4. Typical
sections of the relocated South Branch are shown on Exhibit 4.
