The <br />CDOW did not raise any concerns regazding the PR-02 application. <br />Comments were received from the Colorado Historic Society (CHS) on 2 April 2007. The CHS <br />raised several questions regarding unsurveyed areas. The Division sent a response letter to CHS on <br />18 Apri12007 stating that the unsurveyed areas were not scheduled to be disturbed and a stipulation <br />would be added to the Colowyo permit requiring a survey prior to disturbance. The CHS responded <br />on 30 April 2007 agreeing with the Division's stipulations. <br />3.1.4 Status of Permit Stipulations <br />All prior stipulations attached to the Permit have been resolved. Based on Permit Revision 02, the <br />Division is adding nine new stipulations to the Colowyo Permit, as detailed below. <br />3.1.5 Status of Technical Revisions <br />This section identifies those Technical Revisions processed since the findings of Permit Renewal <br />Number 4, 21 October 2002. <br />TR-58: Technical Revision 58 was received on 3 November 2003, called complete on 4 November <br />2003 and approved on 1 December 2003. TR-58 revised the mining plan. <br />TR-59: Technical Revision 59 was received on 25 October 2004, called complete on 3 November <br />2004 and approved on 14 December 2004. TR-59 suspended topsoil testing. <br />TR-60: Technical Revision 60 was received on 2 September 2005, called incomplete on 9 September <br />2005, called complete on 30 September 2005 and approved on 11 October 2005. TR-60 updated the <br />mine plan with a modification to Coal Lease D-034365.
