PRELIMINARY GRADING PLAN MAP, SCHMUESER & ASSOCIATES, <br />REVISED 4/10/88. TOPSOIL DISTRIBUTION AND REYEGETATION OF THE REGRADED PORTAL <br />AREAS WILL BE CONSISTENT WITH THAT APPROYED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE MINE SITE. <br />This revision to the reclamation plan has also not been submitted by the <br />permittee, therefore the Stipulation is still in effect. <br />Section III - Bonding <br />The Division holds an approved reclamation bond in the form of Certificates of <br />Deposit in the amount of E288,000.00. Calculations indicate that the <br />permittee has a reclamation liability of E188,000.00 for the current <br />disturbance.
