The Forest Service <br />hereby provides concurrence to release the proposed $79,727 of reclamation bond to MCC. <br />The Forest Service greatly appreciates the cooperative relationship provided by the Office of <br />Surface Mining and the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology in administering the coal <br />production on the Paonia Ranger District.
