<br />The existing Bowie No. 2 Mine permit area contains 2327 acres of land of which 1999
<br />acres are private and 328 acres are Federal.
<br />The new Bowie No. 2 Mine permit area will contains 2485 acres of land of which 2086
<br />acres are private and 399 acres are Federal.
<br />A copy of the proposed revision is available for public inspection at the Delta County Clerk
<br />and Recorder's office, 5th and Palmer, Delta CO, and at the offices of the Division of
<br />Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman St., Room 215, Denver, CO, 80203, (303) 866-
