About <br />2 more acres were opened in Tract C, although it was still within the <br />previously disturbed areas. Score benches were finished as well as sane <br />cosmetic work, but no seeding has yet occurred. Plans were drafted for <br />a new access road as well as the reclamation of a few areas in need of <br />some work. Approval of these plans is expected about the time this <br />annual report is sutanitted. <br />RULE 2.41(1): During the last year operations occurred in the same <br />areas that were affected the previous year, that is, Tracts A, A-1 and <br />C. Tract B remains undisturbed by mining and the only activity there is <br />a small topsoil stockpile. (Note: the tract names are in accrordance <br />with the original permit and not the recently submitted permit amendment <br />application).
