There is no anticipated negative hydrologic impact <br />(pollution) to subsurface water from infiltration through reclaimed fills (see Permit Sections <br />2.05.6 and 4.05.11). <br />the probability of future occurrence of such pollution, and the estimated cost of abasing such <br />pollution. The inspection was conducted on 19 June 2001. The Bureau of Land <br />Management, the State of Colorado, and the permittee were given reasonable notice of [he <br />inspection by letters of March 26, 2001. <br />The Divisio~i tnay arrange with the pennittee to allow access to the permit area, upon request by <br />atry person with an interest in bond release, for the purpose of gathering irtfonnation relevant to <br />tl:e proceeding.
