There is no anticipated negative hydrologic impact <br />(pollution) to subsurface water from infiltration through reclaimed fills (see Permit Sections <br />2.05.6 and 4.05.11). <br />the probability of future occurrence of such pollution, and the estimated cost of abasing such <br />pollution. The probability of future occurrence of pollution is low (Permit Section 2.05.6). <br />There are no estimated costs as no occurrences are anticipated. <br />The written results of such inspection and evaluation shall be made nrunediately available for <br />public itspection iti the offices of the Division. Written results of the Phase II Bond Inspection <br />were placed on file for public inspection in the offices of the Division. <br />"As soon thereafter as weather conditions permit" means that the Division must be able to <br />evaluate properly the reclamation operations alleged to have been completed and, therefore, <br />ttfay be subject to seasonal limitations. The inspection was conducted on 19 June 2001. Snow <br />cover and winter conditions delayed the inspection until spring. <br />The surface owner attd agent ar lessee, if arty, shall be given reasonable notice of such <br />inspection, attd »tay participate with the Division itt ttioking the itspection. The Bureau of Land <br />Management, the State of Colorado, and the permittee were given reasonable notice of [he <br />inspection by letters of March 26, 2001. <br />The Divisio~i tnay arrange with the pennittee to allow access to the permit area, upon request by <br />atry person with an interest in bond release, for the purpose of gathering irtfonnation relevant to <br />tl:e proceeding.
