Box 388 <br />Fairplay, Colorado 80440 <br />Re: Snowstorm Placer, Incomplete Revision, File No. M-83-084 <br />Dear Ms. Comer-Baker: <br />Upon reviewing your amendment application for revision of Mining & Reclamation <br />Permit No, M-63-084, dated January 31, 1990, we have determined that it is <br />incomplete under the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et <br />seq.), and the associated regulations. <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be <br />considered complete (Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978): <br />1. Application Fee. Please refer to Rule 1.8.3 of the Mineral Rules <br />an egu a ion to determine the appropriate amount. <br />2. Exhibits C, D, E and F. Revised Mining and Reclamation Plans must <br />e su mi e w i a ress the requirements of Rules 2.1.2(5) & (6) <br />point by point. The accompanying Mining and Reclamation Plan Maps <br />must be prepared in accordance with Rules 2.1.2(1), (4) & (7). <br />Please make special note of required revisions to the permit <br />boundary, if any (noting that the new emergency catch basin(s) must <br />be within the permitted area). <br />3. Exhibit G-Water Information. Please provide design and hydrologic <br />a a in connec ion wi your sedimentation pond(s) and emergency <br />catch basin(s). <br />
