The <br />gradient of the terraces and handling of surface runoff from the <br />terraces should also be explained. <br />b) Include plans to reduce the outslopes to less than 2:1 (H:V) or <br />a demonstration by a qualified professional engineer that the <br />existing outslopes have a minimum static safety factor of 1.3 <br />(4.14.2(2)(c)). <br />c) A map should be included indicating exactly which portions of <br />the access road will be reduced to a 20 foot width and left in <br />place (as discussed on page 4-62), and which portions will be <br />reclaimed.
