the Wright-McLaughlin study is correct. The uppermost part of the study is the Bar D
Pit and extends to the Trimble Bridge, The Bar D pit is approximately %z mile south of
the Thomas Pit. However, this further strengthens the point I was making in the permit
application that the Wright report stated that their study area was aggrading. Since their
study area is within %z mile of the Thomas Pit, (not 3 miles) it further points to the fact
that the Thomas Pit area is also aggrading.
Sincerely,
~~e-~G~
Greg~ki, P. E.
Greg Lewicki and Associates
cc: Monte Potter
