Four Corners commits to installing the mat per manufacturers <br />recommendations. <br />Item 3: Four Corners will comply with any and all requirements of the CDPHE <br />regarding the abandoned sewage treatment ponds. <br />Item 4: The deposit will be mined to a depth of 40 feet although the full depth of the <br />gravel at this location is not known. Past pre-law mining of gold in the dredge hole <br />(north of the lake) was said to have been 60 feet in depth of gravel. I estimate that the <br />depth of the gravel in the lake area is 50 to 60 feet. The gravels are underlain by the <br />Hermosa Formation of the Pennsylvanian Period, which consists of approximately 2000 <br />feet thickness of marine fossil-beazing sandstones, shales, conglomerates and limestone. <br />Additional Item: Page 39 has been re-worded to eliminate the use of the ditch for site <br />water demands. <br />Additional Item: The well permit for the lake has been applied for by the landowner. <br />Additional Item: The comment made in Dennis Pierce's letter regarding the location of <br />
