<br />3/14/00 DMG adequacy letter; requested applicant address impacts [o [he McNaney property as a result of <br />installation of the slurry wall. <br />4/12/00 Forwarded Mr. INcNaney letter to Weld County Planning Department because the issues regarding <br />construction of berms and elevating the site is specifically discussed in the Weld County Special <br />Use Permit. <br />4/17/00 Second letter from Mr. McNaney regarding the Weld County Flood Hazard Permit, berms built by <br />Hall Irvin in the Floodway, reclamation of structures, truck traffic and retail landscaping business. <br />4/19/00 Hall Irvin extends decision due date to May 5, 2000. <br />4/24/00 DMG letter to Hall Irvin; stating that the applicant will need to address reclamation of the berths <br />stockpiled adjao.n[ to Weld County Road 13 and describe the landscaping business in the permit. <br />4/25/00 Phone conversation with Weld County; no longer has jurisdiction in this area. DMG forwarded all <br />McNaney corespondence to the Ciry of Windsor. <br />Letter from DMG to Mr. McNaney regarding the second letter dated 4/17/00. <br />5/4/00 Applicant responds to Division's adequacy review letters of 3/14/00 and 4/24/00, specifically <br />impacts to the groundwater as a result of installation of the slurry wall and reclamation of the <br />berms around Weld County Road 13. <br />5/5/00 DMG issues recommendation to approve amendment application. <br />5/10/00 DMG inspection of the site due to phone conversation with Clem McNaney regarding the function <br />of the culvert from the area adjacent to the south east comer of the McNaney property to the "Fish <br />Pond." Mr. McT•Janey's concerns are in regard to the function of the culvert. Maintenance of the <br />ditch and culverts aze noted as a corrective actions in the inspection report. <br />
