The following problems must be
re solved:
Discrepancies exist regarding the currently approved permit
boundary for Section 9, Township 4 North, Range 86 West, for
example, the existing Permit Renewal Maps 1 (Permit Boundary and
Reclamation Liability) and 2 (Surface Ownership) show different
//boundaries in this section. The discrepancy must be ciarified.
~-I5. It appears that the proposed incidental boundary change will
include a parcel of private land, owned by J. Papoulas, located in
the SE 7/4 SW 1/4, Section 9, Township 4 North, Range 86 West. We
cannot approve this change without the proper proof of CYCC's legal
right to incorporate this parcel into the mine permit boundary.
It seems possible that CYCC may be able to construct the dragline
corridor without requesting a boundary change. Is this feasible?
A11 permit maps and all 1eaa1 description page references must be revised
to reflect the new permit boundary and the new legal description.
4, Please verify that new permit boundary markers will be installed at the
new boundary location if the boundary change is approved,
Access Road Performance Standards
.%'
1, Please verify that road cuts will not be steeper than 1.5N:1V (Rule
4.03,2(3)(c)).
