The name and business address of the applicant was <br />provided as Coors Energy Company (CEC), PO Box 467, Golden, CO 80402. <br />*Rule 2.07.3(2)(b): A map or description: which shall: <br />The notice is in compliance with this rule. A description of the location was provided as 7 miles <br />north of Keenesburg, Colorado, accessed by Weld county Road 59. <br />*Rule 2.07.3(2)(b)(i): Clearly show or describe towns, rivers, streams, or other bodies of venter, <br />loch[ Inndnrarks, and any other information, including routes, streets, or roads and accurate <br />distance measurements, necessary to allow locnl residents to readily identify the proposed permit <br />area; <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. The location is described as a mine located 7 <br />miles north of Keenesburg, Colorado, accessed by Weld County Road 59, and as being within <br />portions of Sections 25 and 36, T3N, R64W, 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado. <br />*Rule 2.07.3(2)(b)(ii): Clenr[y show or describe the exact location and bo~utdnries of the <br />proposed permit area; <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. The boundary location is described as portions of <br />Sections 25 and 36, T3N, R64W, 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado. It is described <br />in metes and bounds language in a revised Exhibit A to the PAP. <br />*Rule 2.07.3(2)(b)(iii): Stnte the name of the U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute qundrnngle <br />map(s) which contain(s) the area shown or described; and <br />The application is incompliance with this rule. The appropriate USGS maps are identified as the <br />Klug Ranch and Tampa quadrangles. <br />*Rule 2.07.3(2)(b)(iv): If n mnp is used, indicnte the north point. <br />The application is, by exception, in compliance with this rule. No map was used. <br />
