Pursuant to Rule 2.08.5(3)(b) of the regulations of the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, you are hereby notified that the right to
renew a valid, existing coal mining and reclamation permit was issued to
Colorado Yampa Coal Company on January 19, 1993 for the Eckman Park No 1 & 2
Mine.
The surface mining operation is located approximately 20 miles southwest of
Steamboat Springs along County Road No. 27 in Routt County.
