Our review of the revision and the overall applicaticn was done 'to determine the following: 1. Adequac of the proppsed Resource Recovery and Protection Plan R2P2 and any conflicts with future recovery of ccal resources The revised R2P2 is complete and satisfactor;~. There are no conflicts with future recovery of coal resources. TY:e narrative discussion of maximum economic recovery orevided by TCC is excellent. 2. Compliance with Special Regulations atinns and Applicab~e The additional cultural resource infprmation pre vided to i1r. Damrau of TCC from ~-ir. Killam has not been incorporated into one report in Exhibit F of the mine plan per BLM report standards and submitted for final review. This problem was identified in oi~r meeting and letter to Mr. Gamrau dated April 2a, 1~P6 (attached). 'Aith the exception noted above, compliance with all other lease stipulations and applicable agency regulations has peen resclved with the lessee.
