As with the pre-}"azea discussed above, it is expected that <br />these same two downstream ponds will control, minimize or prevent downstream <br />sedimentation problems from the permanently reclaimed aeeas. <br />Item 8 You did not submit a new Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs. As you are <br />aware, equipment and labor costs have increased significantly since <br />1985 (last time the financial warranty reyuirement was estimated). You <br />will be required to submit a new Exhibit L so the Division can determine <br />an adequate bond amount <br />Robinson Brick has reviewed the reclamation costs for the Apache Mine and submits a <br />revised Exhibit L. An annotated copy of this Exhibit is presented in its entirety below. <br />
