TABLE 3 -REVIEW PROCESS <br />• Note that the items outlined below do not represent the entirety of Table 3, but rather represent <br />those items where CC&V has some input into the review process. <br />"Applicant lras obtained any required pre-approvals and met any required pre-conditions: " <br />Pre-submittal meetings were held on January 26, 2000 and March 16, 2000 with representatives <br />from the Teller County Planning Department, Teller County Department of Public Health and <br />Environment, Teller County Building Department, Teller County Department of Transportation, <br />and Teller County Pazks Department. No pre-approvals orpre-conditions were imposed as a result <br />of these meetings. The information presented at the pre-submittal meetings is outlined in the <br />"Amendment No.8 Public Presentation" provided as Attachment 1 to this document. <br />Section 3.1 of the proposed CCMOD regulations also requires apre-submittaUapplication <br />meeting. <br />"Stajjhas 2 weeks, be~inniree no later tbarr 56 days before bearirre, to reject as incomplete or <br />accept tJre application: " <br />CC&V is submitting this CUP amendment application, which addresses the applicable and <br />pertinent requirements of the Teller County Land Use Regulations. The following text lists each of <br />the requirements of the regulations and provides information pertinent to that requirement, <br />• including where additional information can be found, if appropriate. All applicable criteria have <br />been addressed and satisfied such that this CUP amendment application is complete. <br />To the best of CC&V's knowledge, all of the information submitted to the Teller Counry Planning <br />Department is accurate and complete and is based on site-specific conditions within the District. <br />The designs were prepared by registered professional engineers and one set of the documents that <br />the Planning Department is receiving contains drawings with the original, signed design drawings. <br />(The other nine copies contain copies of the signed drawings.) <br />Section 3.2 of the proposed CCMOD regulations also requires a completeness determination <br />with 14 days of submittal. All applicable criteria of the CCMOD regulations have been <br />addressed and satisfied such that this application is complete. <br />"A~ree on and provide a decision date: " <br />CC&V needs [o initiate some of the activities contemplated in this amendment application during <br />the summer of 2000. This will allow use of contractors that will be on-site during the 2000 <br />construction season. Further, it is preferable that the Teller County action be completed prior to the <br />time the application will be considered for approval by the OMLR and Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board ("MLRB"), which CC&V expects will occur in July of 2000. Therefore, CC&V requests <br />that the application be scheduled for consideration before the Teller County Commissioners in June <br />• <br />
