Other required approvals for the activities addressed in this document are discussed under each <br />appropriate heading for the Teller County Land Use Regulations in Table 4 below. These <br />approvals will be obtained prior to beginning work which requires said approvals. <br />CC&V requests in this application approval of any structures or activities for which a building <br />(or other) permit is required under Teller County regulations, including, without limitation, the <br />Teller County Building Code, as they are in effect at the time of issuance of such permit(s). <br />Upon proper and complete application and payment of the applicable fees, building, <br />construction, septic, and/or other permits shall be issued, it being the intention of the County that <br />all zoning compliance preconditions to the issuance of such permits have been satisfied by the <br />approval of this amendment application, with all remaining requirements for the issuance of <br />building, construction, septic, and/or other permits being administrative and ministerial only. <br />Section 3.7 of the proposed CCMOD regulations includes the requirement to obtain <br />OMLR/MLRB approval prior to commencing activities. Section 3.9 of the proposed <br />CCMOD regulations includes the requirement to provide notice related to other required <br />approvals. CC&V will inform Teller County of "any required permit or approval, <br />amendment or technical revision, from a regulatory agency other than Teller County that has <br />been granted, denied, revoked or suspended, within 30 days of such action," where the action <br />concerns a matter relevant to the regulations for the CCMOD. Finally, Section 3.5 of the <br />proposed CCMOD regulations, require submittal of annual reports; CC&V will submit to <br />Teller County a copy of the annual report filed with the OMLR <br /> <br /> <br />
