Sandco must agree that if there is an objection to the revision, the revision will then be <br />procrassed as an Amendment and Sandco will submit the appropriate Amendment application <br />fee, ;application form and exhibits. Since the Amendment notice process will have already <br />been followed, the 90 day review period will have begun on the day the TR was filed <br />(5/24/99). <br />Should DMCi receive an objection to the proposed change, the revision will immediately become an <br />Amendment and Sandco must submit the appropriate Amendment application fee, form and exhibits. <br />DMG adequacy review will cease until the Amendment application fee is paid. If the above <br />conditions are not acceptable, Sandco may request a Declaratory Order from the Board on the <br />acceptability of the proposed change as a Technical Revision. <br />In addition to the above three conditions, necessary to enable DMG to process the request as a <br />Technical Revision, DMG has identified the following two issues as standard adequacy review items. <br />Exhibit E TR-02 is a request to update the reclamation plan to conform with county zoning <br />conditions approved subsequent to DMG permit issuance. However, TR-02 did not <br />contain a revised reclamation plan to reflect the updated post mining land use. The <br />reclamation plan must support the post mining land use. Please submit a revised <br />Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan, which states how affected areas will be reclaimed to <br />support the post mining land use. Please ensure that the revised reclamation plan <br />satisfy the applicable requirements of Rule 6.4.5. <br />Exhibit F TR-02 will modify conditions displayed on the reclamation plan map.
