The application is in compliance with this rule. See Tab 15. <br />Rule 2.05.6(3)(b)(iv) Aplan based on the probable hydrologic consequences determination and <br />baseline hydrologic and geologic information submitted to comply with 2.04.5, 2.04.6, and <br />2.04.7 for the collection, recording, and reporting of ground and surface water quality and <br />quantity data. The plan, in accordance with 4.05.13, shall identify monitoring site locations, <br />points of compliance, parameters, sampling frequency, and describe how these data will be used <br />to determine the impact on the hydrologic balance. At a minimum, the hydrologic monitoring <br />plan shall include: <br />The application is, with the exception of points of compliance and depiction of the location <br />of monitoring well HGDAL4, in compliance with this rule. See page 3 Tab16, and Tab 13. No <br />points of compliance are identified in the PAP (see also Rules 1.04(93a), 4.05.13(1), and <br />4.28.3(16). Ground water protection is discussed, beginning on page 1 of Tab 14. Ground water <br />monitoring is discussed in Tab 13, page 10. Locations of ground water monitoring sites are <br />identified on page 5 of Tab 13. The location of ground monitoring well HGDAL4 is not <br />shown on Figurel3-1 (page 3 Tab13) and on Exhibit 12-1 as stated. It is shown on Exhibit <br />12-2 as stated. <br />Rule 2.05.6(3)(b)(v) Ahydrologic reclamation plan specifically addressing any potential adverse <br />hydrologic consequences identified in the probable hydrologic consequences determination <br />prepared based upon 2.05.6(3)(b)(iv) and shall include preventive and remedial measures as <br />necessary to prevent material damage, to minimize hydrologic impacts, and to meet the <br />performance standards of 4.05. <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. See Tab 16. <br />Rule 2.05.6(3)(b)(vi) The location of each water diversion, collection, conveyance, treatment, <br />storage, and discharge facility to be used within the permit area. <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. The approved drainage system is on Map 12-2. <br />Rule 2.05.6(4) Protection of public parks and historic places. <br />The application is, by exception, in compliance with this requirement. There aze none.
