The application is in compliance with this rule. There is no alteration or relocation of a natural <br />drainage way. <br />Rule 2.05.3(3)(c)(iv) Adescription of measures, other than use of a rock headwall, to be taken to <br />protect the inlet end of a ditch relief culvert, for approval by the Division under <br />4.03.1(4)(e)(vi)(C). <br />The application is, by exception, in compliance with this rule. No other inlet structure is <br />proposed. <br />Rule 2.05.3(3)(c)(v) Adescription of measures to be used to ensure that the interests of the <br />public and landowners affected are protected if, under 2.07.6(2)(d)(iv), the applicant seeks to <br />have the Division approve: <br />Rule 2.05.3(3)(c)(v)(A) Conducting the proposed surface mining activities within 100 feet of the <br />right-of--way line of any public road, except where mine access or haul roads join that <br />right-of--way; or <br />The rail spur crosses US 40. It also parallels, within 100 feet, for over a mile, and crosses, Routt <br />County Road 37. None of these roads were relocated. There is no description of protective <br />measnres. <br />Rule 2.05.3(3)(c)(v)(B) Relocating the public road. <br />Rule 2.05.3(3)(c)(vi) Drawings and specifications for any stream fords proposed for use as <br />temporary construction routes. <br />The application is in compliance by exception. There are no fords. <br />Rule 2.05.3(3)(c)(vii) The plans and drawings for each haul road and access road shall be <br />prepared by, or under the direction of, and certified by a qualified, registered professional <br />engineer, experienced in the design and construction of roads, as meeting the requirements of <br />this rule; current, prudent engineering practices; and the design criteria of 4.03.1 and 4.03.2. <br />No certified profile was found for HGLF-HRl.
