~~ <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF COLORADO) <br />County of Fremont) <br />Date: April 24, 1986 <br />I, Allen Weaver, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: <br />The burial of the rock filter addition was accomplished on <br />April 16, 1986, and was executed in the following manner: <br />A layer of Dupont Typor 3401 filter cloth was laid down <br />against the existing rock drain along the bottom of the <br />trench following its excavation. Rock was then placed to <br />extend the rock drain structure. The resulting joint between <br />the existing and new drain structure of approximately two <br />feet was then filled with 4.5c.y, of 1 1/2" crushed gravel. <br />The gravel was sufficient to fill the joint and cover the <br />rock drain to a depth of about six inches. Filter cloth was <br />installed over the full width of the gravel to overlap the <br />existing filter cloth on both sides, then secured by a thin <br />layer of gravel placed on top. <br />The final construction phase involved placement of refuse <br />material over the rock drain.
