<br />• The location will not have drill or auger holes left open. <br />• The location will not have any addits or shafts associated with this operation. <br />• We will maintain the Bade of the location to control erosion and siltation. <br />• Our company will comply with the existing reclamation plan. <br />• We do not anticipate causing an impact to the prevailing hydrologic balance for this <br />location. <br />• The top soil stockpile will be protected with vegetation and 3:1 slopes. <br />• All drained oils or liquids from equipment and vehicle maintenance, shall be disposed <br />of at the operator's shop. <br />• Periodic location maintenance will also include the control of weeds on the location. <br />We will use standard weed control measures, such as mowing, application of <br />herbicides, hoeing, etc. <br />e) Demonstration that the existing Financial Warranty is adequate to cover the <br />reclamation liability. We have provided the Financial Warranty Bond in the amount <br />of $21, 514, that was requested in the 8/30/95 inspection report. Please a copy of the <br />financial warranty bond. <br />The existing location is in fair condition. A portion of the location was originally stripped <br />and no further activity has occurred on the location. We have controlled the weeds this <br />yeaz. The top soil stock piles have been planted with Bass seed.
