The total liability, including indirect costs, is $337,261.00. Pursuant to
Rule 3.03.1(1)(a), MCC can request up to 6D% of this amount ($202,357.00) for work
completed.
The Division was unable to determine the original liability associated with the Lone Pin.
Gulch and thermal event permitting actions due to an incomplete record In many cases
there was no liability change listed on the decision forms and no reclamation cost
estimates in the files. On the portion of the application that asks for the original tiabilit7r
write ''Not AvailabIc".
Please call me at (303)866-4929 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~-
James RStark
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Sandy Brown
Jim Burnell
~•
Office of
Mined land Rerlamation
Offce of
A[tive and Inactive Mine!
Colorado
Ge~~IoBical Survey
