It has also been known as <br />the Ohio Creek ~!2 Mine. <br />The total disturbed area of 0.7 acres is served by a <br />single sedimentation pond. The discharge from this <br />pond is outfall 001. Drainage from the mine migrates <br />through a seal and surfaces Sn the Nu Mine edit - an <br />adjacent abandoned mine. The flow rate is about 1.5 <br />gpm (0.00216 MGD). The flow then discharges to a <br />stock pond for which the permittee holds a <br />beneficial use water right. No discharge to state <br />waters occurs. <br />
