The seed from these plants when mature will not be <br />confined to the stock piles. Many of the noxious weeds in this azea are perennials that are sold <br />ht seed mixtures, planted for landscaping. Example: Larkspur and Lupine -The source of the <br />seed Is nursuries and seed suppliers. Unwanted plants in pastures that cannot be removed by <br />machine must be removed by hand. Many of the legumes are perennials and make good feed, <br />but need to be cut and dried to avoid bloat. <br />The fence on property lines Is a 50/501iabllity between owners. If disagreement occures <br />and must be resolved by the courts, then established precedent is the rule. <br />
