Formal <br />consultation under authority of the Endangered Species Act was completed for <br />the 1992 permit renewal on May 22, 1992, (biological opinion number <br />FWSJGJ-6-CO-92-F-003). Your April 14 letter states that the permit renewal <br />application Na. 3 includes na changes in the scope, areas, or current ongoing <br />operations of the current permit. Based on this conclusion, further ESA <br />consultation is not necessary for the permit renewal application number 3. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to review this permit renewal.
