Table 13-4-1 of the permit application package and/or Task 001 of the Division's reclamation
cost estimate include the following structures/materials that aze not addressed in TR-43 and not
currently approved for permanent retention. Based on our telephone conversation yesterday,
Seneca Coal Company may have intended for Grassy Creek Holding Company to permanently
retain some of these items. Seneca Coal Company may revise the application to include these
items, or they will remain in the reclamation cost estimate until a bond release is granted. The
items aze:
- Engineering Trailer
- Magazines, Trailers, and ANFO silos at the explosives storage area
- Gas Tank at the shop area
- Surface water monitoring flumes
- Weather monitoring station
- Culverts A1, A2, A4, A7, la, 17a, 34a, 34aa, and SOa.
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver Grand Junction Durango Active and Inactive Mines
