Div. <br />Response: <br />Enclosed Table 2 provides 1974, and 1978 thru 1985 precipitation data. <br />Division Comment: <br />3) In order to evaluate the values presented on page 2 of [he May 7, 1987, <br />proposal, Trapper should submit (or reference if in the permit) the field <br />data including individual data values, sample size, and summary statistics <br />(x, SZ). <br />Response: <br />The 1979 and 1980 summary statistics and sample sizes are presented in Section <br />2 of our current permit. <br />The above values and values from 1981 thru 1985 are included with this <br />response as Table 3. The field data sheets are available at Trapper Mine if <br />the Division wishes to make copies or verify that the data were collected. <br />There are over 1,000 data sheets covering the seven years of data collection. <br />Division Comment: <br />4) Trapper should specify (or reference) the method of collecting the data <br />presented on page 2. <br />Response: <br />Section 4.4 of our current permit application describes how production sam- <br />pling was done. <br />Division Comment: <br />5) The formula for testing the success of revegetation in this instance <br />should be modified to conform to a standard formula and hypothesis.
