These are in the areas West of <br />Shop and denter Ridye. P ~ M should evaluate these areas and detennine a <br />stabilization plan. ilevegetation liability may be released for all areas, but <br />this depends on the quantitative data that has been requested. At this point, <br />it is difficult to state now much bond can be released. It is contingent on <br />what needs to be done to stabilize the gullies and slump, and the re vegetation <br />data. When this infor+nation is submitted, the amount of liability needed to <br />complete reclamation under the "Life of Mine" bond will be determined. <br />I will be happy to discuss this with you.
