The Division understands you believe that Lippard Spring I has been <br />negatively impacted by the mining operation and has ceased to flow. <br />Your letter has been submitted in accordance with Section 3.03.2(3) of the Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coa] Mining. You may also file a request for aninformal. - <br />conference with the Division within thirty (30) days of the bond release inspection, in accordance .with <br />Section 2.OZ.3(6).
