• Exhibit 19 Bonding Requirement for Apache Canyon Airshafts <br />Aroache North Airshaft <br />This facility is a pre-law structure. The shaft has been sealed in accordance with the <br />approved reclamation plan, the area contoured, ripped, and the seeded with the approved <br />seed mix and mulch. Less than one acre of actual disturbance required revegetation. <br />Remaining reclamation expenses have been projected to be $3,040 for monitoring <br />vegetative success, erosion control and reseeding. This area has been reclassified as an <br />Industrial Use post-mining land use area. Implementation of this land use will qualify the <br />area for full bond release. <br />Aroache South Airshaft <br />The shaft has been sealed in accordance with the approved reclamation plan, the <br />disturbed area contoured, ripped, and topsoil stripped from the area during construction <br />of the facility respread over the disturbed area. The area was then seeded with the <br />approved seed mix and mulch. Less than one acre of actual disturbance required <br />revegetation. Remaining reclamation expenses have been projected to be $5,040 for <br />• monitoring vegetative success, erosion control and reseeding. This area has been <br />reclassified as an Industrial Use post-mining land use area.
