If adverse effects to those sites eligible for the NRHP cannot be avoided appropriate <br />measures to minimize or mitigate the effects should be developed in consultation with our <br />office. <br />Should azchaeological resources be discovered during mining activities, work must be <br />interrupted until the resources have been evaluated in terms of the National Register of <br />Historic Places eligibility criteria (36 CFR 60.4) in consultation with our office. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
