(EFCI) is requesting that the DMG approve TR-34 for the <br />Southfield Mine site. Specifically, this TR is in response to the remaining 2002 Mid-Term Comments. In <br />addition, EFCI is requesting approval for one more SAE for a small borrow azea located adjacent to the <br />South Fan azea. <br />To assist the division EFCI has included in this cover letter aze responses to all remaining Mid-term <br />comments and references to the location of previously responded to comments. <br />The following information is included in this TR: <br />• TR application form, <br />• Public Notice <br />• Revised text pages, <br />• Revised List of Maps, <br />• Revised or new drawings (3 each/certified), <br />• South Fan Borrow azea SAE SEDCAD4 Demonstration, and <br />• Summary of Revisions and Insertion Instmctions <br />The following discussions respond to each comment in the EFCI blid-Term Permit review.
