• <br />., <br />I would ask that Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit be amended <br />to include the following <br />1. Determine the elevations of the springs at their point of apparent origin. <br />2. Establish a lower elevation limit on the bottom of the mining operation <br />to minimize probable interference or penetration of the aquifer or zone <br />that carves or stores water for the springs. <br />3. A specific remedial plan to cap any inadvertent penetration into a wet <br />zone. <br />My memory and records indicate that there may be apparent origins of springs in the <br />N1/2 of the N1/2 of Section 29 and in the NEl/4 of the NEl/4 of Section 32, <br />Township 9 North, Range ~2 West, 6th Principal Meridian. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this process. <br />Sine <br />Donald E.
