Written comments regarding a permit, a permit revision or <br />permit renewal may be submitted to the Division within 30 days of the last publication of the <br />above notice. Written comments regarding technical revisions may be submitted to the Division <br />within 10 days of the publication of the above notice. Such comments shall be immediately <br />transmitted to the applicant by the Division and shall be made available to the public at the same <br />locations as the permit application. <br />The notice with regard to a technical revision need only be published once [Rule 2.08.4(6)(b)(i)]. <br />The public notice by the applicant was published on January 8, 2002 (responses due by January <br />18, 2002. The letters to various agencies dated December 14, 2001, provided 15 days to respond <br />(responses due by December 31, 2001). <br />
