Written comments regarding technical revisions may be submitted to the Division within 10 days of the publication of the above notice. Such comments shall be immediately transmitted to the applicant by the Division and shall be made available to the public at the same locations as the permit application. The notice with regard to a technical revision need only be published once [Rule 2.08.4(6)(b)(i)]. The public notice by the applicant was published on January 8, 2002 (responses due by January 18, 2002. The letters to various agencies dated December 14, 2001, provided 15 days to respond (responses due by December 31, 2001).
