<br />14, 1 S, 16, 17, 20, 21 and 22 of Township 3 North, Range 93 West and portions of Sections 13,
<br />15, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 33 and 34 of Township 4 North, Range 93 West of the 6`h P.M, Moffat
<br />County and Rio Blanco County, Colorado; and aze further described as located approximately 28
<br />miles south of Craig, Colorado, west of Colorado State Highway 13 and east of Moffat County
<br />Road 51. A detailed description of the boundaries was included in the notice by reference.

<br />on January 8, 2002.
